Ordering food is cheap and convenient but it is costing the earth
Nowadays we have everything at our doorstep. We are too lazy to go out and grab food, so we order them at home instead. But do we ever think about how much harm this does to the environment?
The food comes in a vehicle, that consumes fuel, adding to resource drainage and carbon emission
The food usually comes in plastic packaging, which is thrown away. The plastic cutlery is mostly Single-use plastics, which cannot be recycled. Do we ever think about this whole ruining chain? It’s time we do.
